The 49-year-old was taken into custody by the Hollywood Police Department and booked into the Broward County Jail, according to TMZ, Complex and the Daily Mail.

Details of the alleged incident have not been made public.

Reactions

Neither White nor police have publicly described what led to the arrest, and no statement from him has been reported by TMZ, Complex or the Daily Mail.

White has pushed back hard on past accusations. He denied the 2024 animal cruelty allegation, and in 2023 he ridiculed the reported FBI inquiry on a livestream: "And they said that I got Asian girls, now, this what the FBI said they said, they said I got Asian girls held hostage with Glocks, switches and bombs," he said, per Complex.

The Daily Mail reported that White smiled in his mugshot, wearing a tan jumpsuit.

What's Next

A judge is set to review the case and decide on bond, according to TMZ. The charge is listed as pending trial.

White is scheduled to perform at Off the Hook Comedy Club in Naples, Florida, on Wednesday at 7 p.m. It is unclear whether the arrest will affect the show.

More

White, a Fort Worth native, has built an audience of more than 250,000 YouTube subscribers with combative commentary on hip-hop, crime and current events, alongside work as a comedian and motivational speaker. His run-ins with the law have repeatedly become part of that public persona.
